Main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across CE region
- Develop and implement resourcing and attraction strategies
- Analyze talent needs and market trends to ensure pipeline of qualified candidates
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with senior leadership and local People teams to support them with their recruitment needs
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives for recruitment
- Mentor and guide the regional recruitment team
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across functions and levels
- Proficient in ATS and HR software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies
- Retail industry experience and multi-region recruitment background is preferred
- Excellent project management and MS Office skills
