Main responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across CE region
  • Develop and implement resourcing and attraction strategies
  • Analyze talent needs and market trends to ensure pipeline of qualified candidates 
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and local People teams to support them with their recruitment needs
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives for recruitment
  • Mentor and guide the regional recruitment team

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across functions and levels
  • Proficient in ATS and HR software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies
  • Retail industry experience and multi-region recruitment background is preferred
  • Excellent project management and MS Office skills
