Main responsibilities:
- Be part of a flexible resource pool, assigned to different Product Delivery teams based on short- to mid-term business needs
- Support inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, and operational efficiency within supply chain projects
- Contribute to service process improvements, vendor management, and customer experience initiatives in the service delivery sector
- When not on assignment, participate in Continuous Improvement Projects, helping to enhance efficiency across departments
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, to streamline workflows and support strategic goals
Required skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in a structured, process-driven environment (Supply Chain or After-Market services)
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills to drive data-driven decisions
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
- A self-starter mindset with a "Can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience in project management is a plus
