 Our partner, a well-established international company, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Budapest. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. 

Main responsibilities:

Actively participating in recruitment and selection, including: 
  • Posting job advertisements (internal/external) and updating job postings based on hiring managers’ input.
  • Pre-screening candidate applications.
  • Scheduling and conducting first- and second-round interviews.
  • Recommending suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other databases.
  • Communicating with agency recruiters, applicants, and candidates, including delivering both positive and negative feedback.
  • Handling internal referrals, pre-screening materials, and organizing interviews.
  • Utilizing job boards, databases, and LinkedIn for candidate searches.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant and candidate databases while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Preparing ad-hoc recruitment reports in Excel.
  • Actively participating in job fairs, including organizing and representing the company at events.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and timely recruitment process.
  • Training new hiring managers on recruitment procedures and systems.
  • Updating recruitment policies and process documentation to keep them current.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. Experience with 
  • Fluent English is required; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and an interest in working closely with employees, managers, and HR teams.
  • A proactive working style with a high degree of accuracy in task execution.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, particularly when managing multiple open positions.
  • Quality-focused mindset, attention to detail, and strong customer orientation.
