Main responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee service delivery according to contractual Service Level Agreements.
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, including IT managers and executives.
- Handle escalations, issue resolution, and service execution on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide reports and data-driven insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor fleet management, hardware orders, consumables, and device changes.
- Ensure alignment with internal processes, compliance, and customer policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to support customer needs.
Required skills:
- Fluent in German and English.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, Charts, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
