Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee service delivery according to contractual Service Level Agreements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, including IT managers and executives.
  • Handle escalations, issue resolution, and service execution on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide reports and data-driven insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor fleet management, hardware orders, consumables, and device changes.
  • Ensure alignment with internal processes, compliance, and customer policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to support customer needs.

Required skills:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, Charts, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
