Main responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and optimize local content in the database
- Approve and tag content submissions for better accessibility
- Oversee the proposal automation system and train users
- Identify and resolve content gaps and expired data
- Support translation reviews and fix language-related issues
- Drive content quality improvements and process optimizations
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Journalism
- 2-3 years of experience in content management, editing, or technical writing
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management and research skills
