Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and expansion of payment terminal solutions, including POS, fuel payment systems, and digital payment methods.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and security standards for payment infrastructure at retail locations.
- Coordinate with IT, business teams, and external partners to integrate and maintain payment solutions effectively.
- Manage and resolve payment-related customer issues, ensuring smooth transaction processing.
- Analyze and improve payment system performance by monitoring key metrics and proposing enhancements.
- Participate in strategic planning for future payment innovations and automation projects.
Required skills:
- Higher education in IT, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with payment terminals, digital payment solutions, or transaction processing systems.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities in IT and business environments.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with international teams.
