Main responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, addressing client issues.
  • Handle user inquiries via phone, email, and web tools while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Keep users informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

  • Proficient in French (advanced or native) with upper-intermediate English skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred; IT help desk/support experience is a plus but not required.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities, adaptable to shift work.
