Main responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 IT support as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Handle user inquiries via phone, email, and web tools, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Log and manage tickets, escalating unresolved issues to Level 2 support.
  • Keep users updated and follow up on ongoing cases.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

  • Fluent in Danish or Norwegian, with upper-intermediate English skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred; IT support experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
  • Open to fresh graduates with a learning mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a dynamic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities, adaptable to shift work.
