We are looking for an experienced Statutory Reporting and Tax Specialist to manage the statutory reporting process for selected legal entities. In this role, you will ensure compliance with local regulations, oversee statutory adjustments, and collaborate with tax service providers to deliver accurate financial statements and tax returns. Main responsibilities:
- Manage the local statutory reporting process for specific EMEA and/or AP legal entities.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and adjustments.
- Reconcile statutory, tax, and US-GAAP ledgers.
- Work with tax service providers to prepare tax returns.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of statutory financial statements and tax calculations for timely filing.
- Ensure compliance with all legal entity requirements.
- Support the statutory audit process.
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or any relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Work experience in an international environment
- IFRS and/or US-GAAP knowledge
- Relevant international statutory experience is an advantage
- Fluent English mandatory, both written and oral
