We are seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes, provide financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also drive process improvements and ensure compliance, offering key insights to support business decisions.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage financial partnerships across business units and the Shared Services Center.
- Lead month-end closing, including accruals and journal entries.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and risk assessments.
- Conduct variance analysis and drive cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance, implement controls, and track corrective actions.
- Prepare financial reports, and presentations, and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Oversee budget reviews, challenge assumptions, and update forecasts.
- Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proven track record in financial analysis, month-end closing, and budgeting
- Experience in process improvement, automation, and working with ERP systems
