Main responsibilities:

  • Processing and overseeing orders in SAP
  • Assisting customers via phone and email
  • Collaborating daily with internal teams 
  • Working closely with the local sales team
  • End-to-end order management
  • Handling administrative back-office tasks

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a B2B client-facing role
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Proficiency in English, French and Italian
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
