Main responsibilities:
- Processing and overseeing orders in SAP
- Assisting customers via phone and email
- Collaborating daily with internal teams
- Working closely with the local sales team
- End-to-end order management
- Handling administrative back-office tasks
Required skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a B2B client-facing role
- Customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in English, French and Italian
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
