We are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of a nationwide filling station network in Hungary.
Main responsibilities:
• Assist in strategy and Budget/MTP planning and contribute to the yearly asset strategy and budget development.
• Plan, implement, and monitor various projects, including major, small, and rollout projects.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and alignments with project management and technicians.
• Design sites, manage the approval process, and plan construction in detail.
• Define variants or additional FS standards for local or international need.
• Organize and plan maintenance, including short, mid, and long-term plans, and replacements (maintenance CAPEX).
• Establish and maintain the Geocall maintenance system, ensuring up-to-date asset databases.
• Monitor maintenance activities, handle authority inspections, and provide technical input on tenders.
• Monitor relevant KPIs , continuous budget control for NTIs and modifications, analysis of maintenance cost, report to Department Manager of Asset.
• Coordinate with departments such as Purchasing, Supply, Sales, Convenience Retail, Marketing, IT, and Card, and track the status of ongoing projects.
• Visit filling stations to conduct maintenance issue check, evaluate repair quality and assess projects.

Required skills:
- Education: university degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
- Experience: at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance management, facility management, or a similar field
- Project Management: proven experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects
- Regulatory knowledge: familiarity with maintenance and construction regulations
- Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
- Problem-solving: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- IT skills: MS Office, advantage: SAP
- Language skills: fluency in Hungarian and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (Category B driving licens
