Main responsibilities:

  • Prioritize demands and oversee the implementation of the HR IT roadmap, ensuring an optimal balance between budgets and benefits.
  • Plan and execute various HR digitalization projects in close collaboration with global and European HR and IT teams.
  • Drive the continuous development of the existing HR technology landscape, particularly focusing on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Opentext eFile solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT department, external IT providers, HR Business Process Analysts in the Solution Center Europe, and the Europe Africa CHRO team.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to harmonize HR processes and data for improved efficiency and consistency.

Required skills:

  • Extensive experience in HR and/or HR IT, ideally in an international consulting environment or a globally operating organization.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • IT-savvy, with intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and HR e-filing solutions.
  • Fluent in English and German (B2 level); additional language skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
  • A university degree in economics, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker with a process-driven mindset, capable of optimizing HR IT solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 tools.
  • Confident in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~15%) as part of the role.
