We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to take on a team lead role within the HR Solution Center Europe. Main responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support data governance by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and IT teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Analyze and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in German-speaking regions to address data-related queries.
- Participate in projects to improve data processes, including system updates and migrations.
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, preferably in a master data role.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes accurately.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Advantages:
