Main responsibilities:
- Handling complex transactions in banking & finance, project finance, greenfield projects, energy, real estate and acquisition finance, M&A, corporate and commercial law.
- Drafting, negotiating, and analyzing contracts related to the above practice areas.
- Conducting legal due diligence and providing strategic legal advice on transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with EU and Hungarian legal regulations relevant to the specified practice areas.
- Managing transactions, time, and documentation effectively.
- Delivering high-level client service and communication, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Required skills:
- Law degree and bar qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Exceptional knowledge and expertise in the specified practice areas.
- Strong transaction management, time management, and document management skills.
- Outstanding client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency, including legal terminology.
- A clear and explicit ambition to build a strong personal brand within the legal profession.
