We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Contract & Billing Specialist language for a brand-new American SSC in the heart of Budapest. The role involves managing all aspects of invoicing, customer data maintenance, and contract administration.
Main responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Generating invoices and managing invoicing systems.
- Customer Data Management: Maintaining accurate billing information.
- Issue resolution: Handling customer billing inquiries and complaints.
- Record Keeping: Ensuring organized and up-to-date invoicing records.
- Reporting: Preparing regular billing activity reports.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending invoicing process improvements.
- Financial Close Support: Assisting with month-end and year-end closings.
- Contract Administration: Overseeing contract management and compliance.
Required skills:
- University degree
- 0,5–2 years of experience in contract management, invoicing, or a related administrative role, but fresh grads are also welcome
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and at least intermediate language skills in Danish
- Adaptability
- Customer-focused mindset
