Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that transactions such as order entry, follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, delivery information, and claim & return handling are executed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Handle customer calls and complaints professionally, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
- Log cases and calls to a high-quality standard, providing regular updates until successful resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required skills:
- Fluent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
