Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients, supporting their daily banking service needs.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships by proactively identifying and proposing cash management solutions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by handling client queries effectively and improving service processes.
  • Follow up on incident resolutions, analyze client feedback, and ensure complaints are managed appropriately.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Guarantee the timely delivery of daily banking services for Corporate Clients across Europe.
  • Ensure Basic technical support to clients regarding e-banking tools & Cash management products

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance and Accounting 
  • Fluency in German and English language skills 
  • Communication skills - oral & written 
  • Organisational skills 
  • Ability to develop and leverage networks 
  • High-level MS Office (Excel) knowledge
