We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to take on a team lead role within the HR Solution Center Europe. Main responsibilities:
- Take the lead in at least one key area: execution of recruiting, people management services, or HR administration strategy to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
- Act as a hands-on sparring partner, collaborating with HR functions and business stakeholders on all HR administrative topics.
- Drive HR service standards, processes, and policies across the region to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Play an active role in HR projects and contribute to the ongoing development of HR structures and processes.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a strong culture of performance and collaboration.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring service coverage at all times while managing performance and efficiency targets.
- Monitor service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking action where needed to maintain high standards.
Required skills:
- Degree in business administration, HR management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering and managing high-quality HR services in a shared service center environment.
- Proven international leadership experience in an HR Shared Services Center.
- Experience in managing diverse teams with different professional backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and team performance.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English.
