Main responsibilities:
- Monitor WorkOrder processes and ensure timely execution in line with service standards.
- Identify, implement, and track action plans to meet key performance indicators.
- Manage escalations related to field operations, ensuring swift resolution.
- Lead and oversee projects within WorkOrder Management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to provide visibility into operational performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members, ensuring a high-performance work environment.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process improvements.
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in services, contract administration, or customer operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role
- Fluency in English
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage conflicts
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Siebel, Dynamics, etc.)
