They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that support their brand’s growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adapting the group’s brand strategy to the Hungarian market, managing marketing activities, and collaborating closely with the sales and product teams. They need a leader who can inspire, innovate, and deliver outstanding results.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy in collaboration with the international marketing team.
- Create marketing strategies for new and existing products, focusing on increasing sales and brand visibility.
- Oversee marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns, digital marketing, and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective marketing tools and materials align with business goals.
- Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve key objectives.
- Work with the product team to develop marketing materials and programs.
- Manage and optimize social media channels to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to drive sales growth and brand recognition.
- Organize events to strengthen brand positioning.
- Analyze competitive market trends and consumer behaviors to maintain a strong market presence.
- Oversee promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
Required skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and market trend awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
- Background in FMCG or retail, preferably within the fuel station sector.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
