We are looking for a Senior Controller (Manufacturing background) to manage and improve the cost control processes throughout the entire production cycle. This is a key role focused on driving financial performance and operational efficiency in our clients' manufacturing operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee cost control for manufacturing processes.
- Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Analyze and report on KPIs and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing goals align with financial objectives.
- Lead costing and inventory management activities.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports on manufacturing expenses and performance.
Required skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing cost control or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to develop budgets, track performance, and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
