We are looking for a Junior Payment Analyst (German Speaking) to join our client's team in their Budapest office. If you have 1–2 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a related field, and are eager to advance your career in a dynamic, international environment, we encourage you to apply.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform regular payment runs according to the agreed schedule
- Detect and notify unsuccessful payments and assist in resolving them
- Audit support
- Create manual payment instructions in bank portals
- Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure data integrity
- Ensure SOX policies and procedures are adhered to
- Reconciliation of balance sheet account
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business (or similar)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent English and at least intermediate German language skills
