Main responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Increase profitable sales of ventilation products in your designated territory.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, installers, construction firms, architects, and designers.
- Technical Support: Provide pre-and post-sales technical assistance, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Prepare proposals, cost calculations, and support customer projects from start to finish.
- Market Insights: Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Promotional Activities: Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Reporting: Maintain customer data and provide regular sales activity reports using the company’s CRM system.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Strong technical knowledge to support customers effectively
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required
- A results-driven approach with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the construction and HVAC sectors is highly beneficial
