As Project Manager, Professional Services (f/m/d), you will be a member of our international team, leading implementations of our market-leading cash supply chain optimization solution. With strong organizational and technical skills, you will communicate with our customers and partners and our global team.

Main responsibilities:

·         You will lead projects to implement our CCO® Solution Suite for our customers directly as well as with our partners, manage project plans, expectations and achieve important successes together as a team.
·         You will work closely with our customers and partners to manage project progress, change     management and technical challenges with your personality and expertise.
·         As part of the Professional Service team, you will perform technical QA tests for the monthly CCO® Sprint releases
·         Managing projects, coordinating all project participants, leading project plans
·         Configuring CCO® in the customer environment, installing and configuring the software system based on a JBOSS application server and various databases (Oracle and MS SQL Server) 
·         Data connection incl. data check of existing interfaces
·         Configuration of the application by mapping the customer's cash supply chain processes to the model structures of the software
·         Conducting business analyses with software simulations and calibrating the optimization     algorithms
·         Reporting on project status to management, collaboration with all parties involved (product     management, sales and software delivery)
·         Advising and supporting our customers and internal teams
·         Supporting team members and business analytics experts during the acceptance phases
·         Providing application training for our customers and partners
·         Supporting sales and product experts with presales activities and cost estimates
·         Execution and documentation of acceptance tests for program enhancements and corrections of new CCO® versions  

Required skills:

·         Completed studies in computer science or another technical degree 
·         At least 2 years of experience in larger projects in the field of IT project management 
·         Background in bank automation, ATMs or retail banking is a big plus
·         Experience in managing projects, strong organizational skills and habits 
·         Good understanding of software development, service delivery and presales processes 
·         IT know-how: Linux, Shell, SQL scripting, application server (JBOSS), database (Oracle, MS SQL Server), JIRA, advanced Excel, JASPER reporting 
·         Practical know-how of various project management methods, experience with agile project management 
·         Customer-oriented mindset, high level of cooperation, ability to work in a team and   Willingness for continuous improvement 
·         Proactive way of working and high interest in working on new topics Analytical thinking skills 
·         Languages English and Spanish (both business fluent, written and spoken), German (would be an advantage)
