Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with geographically diverse teams using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient delivery, including maintaining Kanban boards, participating in scrums, and retrospectives.
- Design and execute functional and non-functional test scenarios, identifying opportunities for automation and supporting smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate with team members, including Scrum Masters and Product Owners, to translate requirements into test scenarios and manage backlogs and tasks.
- Work closely with Quality Analysts to ensure test coverage, triage failures, and support the resolution of defects and production issues.
- Promote a culture of safety and security while proactively identifying risks and contributing to effective solutions.
Required skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in solution design and implementation using .NET, Python, and Databricks, with expertise in database design, data modeling, and querying in PostgreSQL/SQL Server.
- Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices/serverless architectures, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Skilled in Agile development, CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, and creating mock-ups, data flow diagrams, and user interfaces with modern frameworks like Angular.
- Extensive experience in Unix/Linux environments, testing, deployment, and production support, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and proven adaptability to evolving technical and business needs, ensuring successful project delivery across large-scale IT environments.
