Main responsibilities:
- Support HR transition projects eg. providing assistance in process assessment and scope definition
- Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
- Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing
- Support Change Request Management activities on country level
- Support HR Business Process Analysts in liaison with the IT organization in handling questions
- Participate in system and process improvements
- Create and update system and process documentation
- Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
- Support the administration of HR processes and procedures
- Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies
Required skills:
- Degree in business administration or HR
- 2-3 years of experience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)
- Advanced computer skills (tech & digitization affinity)
- Fluent in English and French
