On behalf of our partner which is an innovative European FMCG company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Account Specialist colleague to join their professional team!
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales manager and acts as a point of contact for customers
- Preparing forecasts, analyses and following up through reports to customers
- Preparing reports about turnover, outstanding contracts, stock, contract agreements, invoices
- Responding to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics
- Monitoring the order handling based on planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up departures
Required skills:
- Higher education or University degree
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain and in customer relations
- Confident Excel usage
- Ability to manage projects on high level with attention for details
