Main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Provide exceptional assistance to clients and sales teams in your designated region, driving local success.
- Handle operational customer complaints efficiently, turning problems into opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while supporting the sales team with precision.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English AND Italian
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
