We are looking for a Group FP&A Senior Manager to join our team. This role will support the development of the multi-year strategic plan, leading the annual financial planning process and driving comprehensive performance management. You will provide high-quality insights and analysis to enable informed decision-making, ensuring the achievement of key annual targets, including financial, market share, and ESG goals, as well as external commitment.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the maximization of cash flow and minimalization of bad & old debt
- Managing the approval processes for credit limits and payment terms
- Handling and investigating order and invoice complaints and problems
- Collecting cash from customers and group companies through phone calls and emails
- Monitoring payment behavior of customers and proposing credit limit changes
Required skills:
- Proficiency in French and English
- College or University Degree
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Analytical, communicative, and structured personality
