Main responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for a cloud-based AI application
- Offer customer support and technical assistance in both cloud and on-premise environments
- Analyze and resolve issues, escalating to the R&D department when necessary
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to address technical challenges
- Create and deliver status reports on emerging issues
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a production support role, particularly with cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with cloud service management
- Good knowledge of Java and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for identifying and debugging code-level issues
- Proficiency in English language (C1)
Advantages:
