Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the order management process for clients in the automotive industry
  • Maintain customer and material master database
  • Enter and follow up on customer orders
  • Manage customer requests and queries
  • Interact professionally and efficiently with customers and stakeholders
  • Facilitate the invoicing process

Required skills:

  • Fluency in Polish and solid English knowledge
  • Relevant experience in the field of Customer Service in an SSC environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.)
  • Customer-oriented approach
