Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the order management process for clients in the automotive industry
- Maintain customer and material master database
- Enter and follow up on customer orders
- Manage customer requests and queries
- Interact professionally and efficiently with customers and stakeholders
- Facilitate the invoicing process
Required skills:
- Fluency in Polish and solid English knowledge
- Relevant experience in the field of Customer Service in an SSC environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.)
- Customer-oriented approach
