Our client is an established industry leader specializing in advanced manufacturing solutions. In light of recent business developments, they are seeking an ambitious new team member to join their growing operations. 

Main responsibilities:

  • ticket management (on-premise and remote), server maintenance, coordination of new server implementation
  •  reduction of security risks in the IT operational area
  •  L1 and L2 level support with SLA defined according to internal IT requests
  • device management (hardware and software installation for our end users)
  •  collaboration with the global IT team
  • contact with internal experts for troubleshooting
  •  documentation of IT problems
  •  cooperation in the introduction of global IT standards
  •  reporting to the IT Director

Required skills:

  • professional experience in IT helpdesk/user support
  • good understanding of current systems and standards, especially in hybrid- and cloud environments (Azure/ExchangeOnline/Defender/M365)
  • communicative and service-oriented personality
  • structured and responsible way of working
  • experienced in the handling of ticket systems
  • good knowledge of English and German is a must
  • experienced use of M365 products
