Main responsibilities:

This role leads all day-to-day supplier invoice capture, recording, validating, distribution, accounting and payment-related operations of all entities of the group.
  • Drive transition of AP process activities in scope from market to the SSC and contributes to the stabilization of the processing operations following a transition.
  • Act as a P2P cycle expert, ensuring the proper implementation of procurement guidelines for Vendor Master Data, Purchase Orders, and Payment Batch Management.
  • Stabilize the deployment of the Group's P2P automation application in Hungary and ensure all automation features are live and fully implemented.
  • Create and distribute a clear, simple Service Level Agreement (SLA) for internal customers.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable Team’s performance, ensuring adherence to Group Procurement Policy and internal controls.
  • Lead, organize, and supervise the SSC Accounts Payable team, focusing on continuous development of technical and managerial skills.
  • Maintain high-level communication with the Executive Leadership team.
  • Collaborate closely with Country/Region Financial Controllers and European HQ functions.
  • Ensure effective supplier contact points are established and maintained.
  • Gather feedback from General Managers, utilizing SLA’s and performance records.
  • Expand services to include O2C/AR transactions.

Required skills:

  • Extensive experience in Accounts Payable management 
  • Several years of experience in managing transitions and process migrations
  • Proven track record in people management and team leadership
  • Expertise in developing and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Previous experience in an international Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
  • Fluent in both English and Hungarian
