Our leading energy trader partner company is looking for a fresh gard or career starter who can join their Credit management team to maintain retail customer accounts.

Main responsibilities:

Join our partner's Credit Team to develop your knowledge in finance, and customer service and experience a new SSC environment.
In this role your main tasks will be:
  • Key account management
  • Keeping contact with collaborators and internal business partners
  • Reviewing customer service operations for customers and business
  • Resolving customer and business issues
  • Maintaining key business databases and contract management tools
  • Supporting contract related changes and financials 
  • Handling accruals and reconciliations at month-end and year-end close for the business commercial processes and align with the finance team

Required skills:

  • Intermediate English skills and fluency in Polish language
  • Interest in customer service and/or finance
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
