Main responsibilities:
• Direct all project phases – engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning/start-up.
• Project engineering schedules and forecasts.
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
• Regular project status reports and change orders.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
• Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Budget monitoring and trend tracking.

- Capacity and lead time calculation: sequence, average lead time and batch size of the main production/QC steps
• Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management Project issues.
• Review and approve project Client invoices.
• Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.

Required skills:
• Master of Science degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
- At least 1 - 3 years of professional experience as an Automation Engineer is required
- Knowledge of manufacturing technology: knowledge and understanding of all the process steps, tools and materials, impact of the parameters on the expected outputs
• AutoCAD knowledge is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the working principle and functions, ability to prepare machine specific cleaning and operational SOPs, define the preventive maintenance program
- Statistical analysis capability: calculation: SD, CV, understanding and interpretation: data types, scales, variables, distribution, histogram, p, CI, control charts, Cp, Cpk,
• Possesses a broad understanding of each engineering discipline
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Fluent English is compulsory
