Main responsibilities:
- Registering security-related data (via calls, e-mails, etc.) in the internal system
- Managing safety reports and follow-up of incomplete data to the appropriate department (quality assurance)
- Translating reports and archiving documents under guidelines, maintaining and organizing documents
- Maintaining compliance with quality standards and cooperation with the project's quality teams to improve results
- Training/mentoring new employees
Required skills:
- Pharmacy or Life Science University Degree
- 1 year of experience in Pharmacovigilance or related clinical practice
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English
