Main responsibilities:
In your day-to-day operation you will support the Head of Structured Finance and Operations director by:
- Preparing contracts for the management of collateral
- Preparing and managing KYC and related documentation
- Administering property insurance with the insurer and parent company
- Preparing investor reports
- Preparing investor drawdowns
- Maintaining investor relations
- Liaising with the technical controller and fully managing drawdowns and bank monitoring
- Preparing and managing transfers of investor and bank-approved invoices
- Liaising with the accounting firm
- Monitoring project companies' bank account balances and funds required for invoice payments
In addition assisting the Property Management Director in his daily work:
- Issuing and sending rent and operating invoices to tenants
- Filing, approving and paying incoming invoices
- Assisting in the preparation of the year-end operating expenses statement
Required skills:
- Finance/economics degree
- Experience in real estate development/management company
- High level of knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Analytical mindset
- Office presence
