Main responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility for the people management of the CSR team
  • Delegating tasks to teams members effectively
  • Assuring that all processes and the company’s policies are respected
  • Taking part in the order management processes
  • Handling escalations and complex order issues
  • Supporting the sales and accounting teams and processes 
  • Building and keeping active contact with high-level stakeholder management



Required skills:

  • At least 5 years experience in customer service experience with order management tasks
  • Fluent in English 
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and customer orieted attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
