Main responsibilities:

  • Provide personal assistance to the executive (e.g., travel arrangements, administrative tasks, procurement, postal services, and hospitality coordination).
  • Schedule and organize executive meetings and appointments.
  • Welcome guests and manage incoming phone calls.
  • Prepare and manage reports, statistics, and presentations.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail.
