Main responsibilities:
- Incident Management: manage the complete cycle of incidents from logging to closure
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to MS Windows, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools
- Communication: keep in touch with customers, vendors, and other departments
- Monitoring and Escalation: monitor and document escalation processes to address issues promptly
- Voice and Email Support: provide technical support through voice and email channels
Required skills:
- 1 year or more experience in a similar role
- Experience in Desktop support, application support
- Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
