Main responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: manage the complete cycle of incidents from logging to closure
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to MS Windows, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools
  • Communication: keep in touch with customers, vendors, and other departments
  • Monitoring and Escalation: monitor and document escalation processes to address issues promptly
  • Voice and Email Support: provide technical support through voice and email channels

Required skills:

  • 1 year or more experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Desktop support, application support
  • Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
  • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
