Main responsibilities:
- Addressing IT issues for clients and serving as the initial point of contact for customers (Level 1 IT support)
- Managing end-user inquiries through tools, phone, and email
- Accurately documenting and administering calls in the ticketing system
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams
- Keeping users updated and tracking ongoing cases
- Enhancing and maintaining customer satisfaction levels
Required skills:
- Proficient in Dutch at an advanced or native level, with upper-intermediate English skills
- University graduates are welcome, including recent graduates
- Customer-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
