Are you a fluent French speaker with a knack for both customer service and logistics? Do you enjoy solving problems, managing orders and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish? If so, on behalf of our multinational partner, we’re looking for you to join their team as a Channel Partner Representative!
Main responsibilities:
- Provide top customer support to French-speaking clients via email, occasionally phone
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, supply chain, logistics) to ensure order fulfillment and resolve any delays
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring product availability for orders
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer communications
Required skills:
- Fluency in French and English
- 2+ years experience in customer service, order management or supply chain is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
