Main responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with French-speaking clients to confirm order details and handle inquiries
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the order process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order statuses 

Required skills:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • 1+ year experience in a customer facing role, including order processing 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills 
  • Good MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP is a plus!
