Main responsibilities:

  • Focus on transactional success for order entry and quality assurance.
  • Manage orders through various channels such as EDI, Esker, online platforms, and customer-specific systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, meet service level agreement targets, and minimize audit risk exposure.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Customer service experience within a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Offic
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Advantages:
