We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our client's newly established team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, streamlining processes, and optimizing the use of CRM and other sales tools.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Configure CRM workflows and reports to align with business needs.
- Train sales teams on CRM best practices and hold regular calls to keep data current.
- Recommend enhancements to sales processes and tools.
- Monitor and suggest adjustments to sales strategies.
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management efforts.
- Analyze deal progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Track sales performance.
- Manage and implement sales tools, such as CRM and automation software.
- Ensure the partner portal is current with accurate documentation and pricing, collaborating with pricing and marketing teams.
Required skills:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., MS D365 Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
