This role is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Project Coordinators overseeing installation and service projects across the country. The role ensures efficient project delivery, effective resource allocation, financial performance, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and prioritise the workload of Project Coordinators, monitor performance, provide guidance, and support the resolution of complex project-related issues.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor project costs, revenues, and margins, ensure effective resource utilisation, and oversee invoicing in cooperation with the billing team.
- Customer and Stakeholder Management: Support the team in managing customer relationships and escalations, while ensuring effective collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements.
- Reporting and Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators, review project reports, and identify opportunities to improve team performance and project deliver
Required skills:
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management within installation, technical services, or a related industry.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Technical understanding of installation and service operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
