Main responsibilities:
- Process and monitor customer orders in SAP from order entry through invoicing.
- Coordinate product availability, allocate inventory, and request production where necessary.
- Ensure timely product deliveries from manufacturing plants to international dealers and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing and Finance, as well as factories, transport providers, and international colleagues.
- Manage dealer and distributor enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Monitor and contribute to monthly invoicing targets.
- Organize transport arrangements and coordinate packing capacity.
- Prepare, verify, and control export and delivery documentation in line with country-specific requirements.
- Track goods movements and maintain accurate information in internal systems.
- Coordinate invoicing and follow up on orders to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP and business processes related to order management and transportation.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of international transportation and Incoterms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to listen, negotiate, and influence internal stakeholders
