Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the software engineering organization and its leadership team
- Define and implement the software engineering strategy and development roadmap
- Provide technical direction and ensure high engineering standards
- Oversee the development, modernization and continuous improvement of business-critical applications
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including AI-based solutions
- Establish efficient development processes and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
- Build and motivate a high-performing engineering organization
Required skills:
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
- Significant experience in software development and software engineering leadership
- Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development practices
- Broad technical knowledge and strong technical credibility
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and complex software environments
- Experience with AI or emerging technologies is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Fluent English
