Main responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for users when IT challenges arise and help keep their day running smoothly.
- Connect with users through phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Investigate and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Required skills:
- Previous experience in IT support/helpdesk or customer-facing roles.
- Career starters are also welcome to apply!
- Strong German language skills and a good command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
